1. Manufacturing Process

1.1 Vehicle Production:

• Manufacturers must build vehicles based on blueprints provided by authorized dealership personnel.

• No vehicle should be manufactured without a valid blueprint obtained through the dealership.

1.2 Building Parts :

• Vehicles must be assembled part by part, with each part crafted as per the specifications in the blueprint.

• Individual vehicle parts are strictly prohibited from being sold, gifted, or distributed to anyone outside the manufacturing business.

1.3 Quality Assurance :

• Manufacturers must ensure that all parts and completed vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.

• Faulty or unfinished vehicles must not be handed over to dealerships.

2. Record-Keeping

2.1 Manufacturing Logs:

• Manufacturers must maintain detailed records for every vehicle produced, including:

  • Vehicle name and model.

  • Manufacturer's name and contact information.

  • License plate number.

  • Date of manufacture.

  • Dealer name and contact information.

2.2 Documentation :

• Upon completing a vehicle, manufacturers must provide the dealership with a Manufacturing Certificate that includes the above details.

• Copies of the Manufacturing Certificate must be retained by the manufacturer for record-keeping and audits.

3. Collaboration with Dealerships

3.1 Delivery Process:

• Completed vehicles must be delivered to dealerships using a Contract Item provided by the dealership personnel.

• Manufacturers must confirm the dealership's ownership of the Contract Item before proceeding with the delivery.

3.2 Communication :

• Maintain open communication with dealerships to manage production timelines and address any special requests or issues.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Unauthorized Manufacturing:

• Manufacturing vehicles without a valid blueprint or for personal use is strictly forbidden.

• Violations will result in penalties, including suspension from the manufacturing business and fines.

4.2 Illegal Distribution:

• Selling or distributing vehicle parts or unregistered vehicles to players outside the business is not allowed.

• Any violations will result in immediate penalties and possible license revocation.

4.3 Contract Item Misuse :

• Contract Items received from dealerships must only be used for the purpose of delivering completed vehicles.

• Misusing these items for personal or unauthorized vehicle transfers is strictly prohibited.

5. Legal Compliance

5.1 Government Audits :

• Manufacturers must comply with routine audits conducted by government officials to verify proper usage of blueprints, parts, and contracts.

• Any discrepancies or violations discovered during an audit will result in penalties.

5.2 Tax Obligations :

• Pay taxes on revenue generated through vehicle manufacturing as per the server’s economic rules.

6. Roleplay Expectations

6.1 Immersive Manufacturing:

• Roleplay the vehicle-building process in detail, including crafting individual parts, assembling them, and ensuring the vehicle's quality.

6.2 Business Growth:

• Collaborate with dealerships to boost the vehicle manufacturing industry and expand operations in alignment with RP rules.

6.3 Factory Operations:

• Maintain a realistic factory setup for production and ensure its operations align with the roleplay scenario.
