Heist Response:

Units count must always match the involved suspects +1.

If the chase or shootout is prolonged for more than 8 mins, additional units could be called in as per need.

Units must try to use the taser the maximum and avoid escalating the situation. But if a suppress fire is provided by the suspects, the units responding could use weapons as per scenario or command given by the higher authority.

Vehicles used by the units have different purposes and must be used as per the scenario.

Special vehicles must be used after receiving orders from higher order of command

If a special vehicle is used, at least 4 units must be present in that vehicle.
