Gun License Regulations

All the information mentioned here is for in-game purposes only, not real life. Please understand and act accordingly.

📌 Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (in-character).

• No criminal record in the past 7 days.

• No active warrants.

• Must pass a background check and safety test conducted by the Police Department.

  • The Safety Test will be held at the Shooting Range located at map marker 5025. This area is under strict police surveillance. To improve your aim and prepare yourself, you must contact the Police Department to receive permission to train at the shooting range. Unauthorized use of the facility or failure to inform the PD may result in your gun license being revoked.

• Must pay the license fee $54000.. [Including Application Fee]

• The renewal fee for the gun license is $21,000.

🔐 Carrying & Usage Rules

• Firearms are for self-defense purposes only.

• Must keep weapons holstered in public unless under threat.

• Discharging a firearm must be reported immediately to the police.

• Brandishing, threatening, or misusing a firearm is prohibited.

• Firearms are not allowed in the following areas:

  • Police Stations

  • Hospitals

  • Banks

  • Government Buildings

  • Mechanic

  • Tuners

  • Burger shot

  • Hangout Spots

🚫 License Violations & Revocation

Your gun license may be revoked permanently if:

• You commit any crime with a weapon and caught by police.

• You carry or use a gun while under the influence.

• You loan or sell your licensed weapon.

• You misuse your firearm or fail to comply with officers.

📝 Application Process

1. Visit Karmegam Police Department.

2. Provide valid ID and request a license.

3. Complete a safety test (practical).

4. Pay the application fee (e.g., $5,000).

5. Wait for approval after background check.

📄 Required Details While Processing Your License

When applying for or renewing your gun license, the following information is mandatory:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Valid Government-issued ID

• Gun Serial Number

  Note: If your weapon's durability is low or the serial number becomes unreadable, you must visit Karmegam Police Department to update your firearm records.

• Weapon Type and Model

• Phone Number

• Reason for Ownership (self-defense, business, etc.)

• No Active Warrants or Recent Crimes

• Pass the Gun Safety Test
