Vehicle Dealership Business Rules
1. Stock Management
1.1 Vehicle Request and Blueprints :
Customers must book their desired vehicle with the dealership, specifying the make, model, and features.
The dealership must then request the vehicle from the manufacturer using a Blueprint Item, which can be purchased from the Imports and Exports Management Officer.
The Blueprint Item will be provided to the manufacturer, allowing them to build the requested vehicle.
1.2 Manufacturer-Dealership Coordination :
Once the vehicle is built, the manufacturer will deliver it to the dealership using a Contract Item.
The dealership is responsible for ensuring proper documentation for each transaction.
1.3 Prohibited Use of Contact Items :
Contract Items are strictly for vehicle sales and must only be used by authorized dealership personnel.
Using the item for personal vehicle transfers or non-business purposes is strictly forbidden.
Misuse of Contract Items will result in penalties, including potential license revocation and fines.

Dealership personnel must issue a Booking Document to customers when they book a vehicle.
This document must include details such as:
Customer’s name and contact information.
Vehicle make, model, and specifications.

2.2 Acquisition of Contract Items:
To purchase a Contract Item from the government, dealership personnel must present the customer’s Booking Document as proof of a legitimate transaction.
The government will issue Contract Items at a fixed price to dealership personnel only.
2.3 Completion of Sales:
Once the vehicle is delivered to the dealership, the sale can be finalized using the Contract Item.
Customers must receive proper sales documentation, including:
Vehicle details (make, model, and plate number).
Sale price and payment confirmation.
3. Showroom Management :
3.1 Test Drives :
Customers may still request test drives of vehicles in stock with dealership employees accompanying them.
