General Rules for Employees:
1 . Professional Behavior:
Employees must act courteously and professionally while on duty, ensuring a positive and immersive experience for all customers.
2. Uniform Requirement:
All employees must wear the designated Burgershot uniform while on duty to maintain a consistent brand image.
3. Menu Adherence:
Only serve items listed on the approved Burgershot menu.
Work Shifts:
Employees should clock in and out at the start and end of their shifts. Unscheduled absence or failure to clock out can result in disciplinary action.
Cleanliness:
The restaurant, kitchen, and dining area must always be kept clean. Employees must roleplay cleaning duties during downtime.
Customer Interactions:
Greet every customer warmly, take their orders efficiently, and address complaints professionally.
Health and Safety:
Follow food safety guidelines (e.g., wearing gloves and hairnets while handling food).
Avoid cross-contamination between raw and cooked food.
Immediately report any hazards or issues, such as broken kitchen equipment.
Teamwork:
Employees must work collaboratively, ensuring all orders are fulfilled efficiently and the restaurant runs smoothly.
Cash Handling:
Roleplay using the cash register and provide accurate change if applicable.
Report any thefts or suspicious activities to the manager.
Breaks:
Employees are allowed a 10-minute break every hour during their shift. Breaks must be staggered to ensure service continuity.
