# RP Pack Policy & Guidelines

RP Packs are introduced **solely to support and encourage the server and its development**. Purchasing an RP Pack **does not grant any additional privileges, advantages, or special treatment inside the city**.

#### **Important Rules & Conditions**

* Purchasing an RP Pack **does not allow bypassing server rules, SOPs, or RP mechanics**.
* **Any misuse or abuse of RP Pack status** to gain unfair advantages will be **reported**, and **strict disciplinary action** will be taken without exception.
* **Discussion, promotion, or negotiation of RP Packs inside the city is strictly prohibited.**
* Players engaged in **any job or activity** must follow **standard roleplay procedures** and **accept consequences** for failures or violations.
* **No negotiations** with dealers, officials, or players will be entertained **based on ownership of an RP Pack**.
* **RP Packs do not provide immunity** from punishments, penalties, or administrative actions.
* **Payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable** under all circumstances.
* For **any questions, clarifications, or support regarding RP Packs**, please raise a ticket through our **Ticket Management System**. An **Admin Team member** will assist you.
* If you have **any doubts or concerns**, you are **strongly advised to raise a ticket before making a payment**.
