# Premium Access – Benefits & Terms of Service

By purchasing any Premium Pack from our Karmegam server, you automatically agree to the following Terms & Services. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

## **Premium Pack – Terms & Services**

### **1. Digital Product Policy**

* All Premium Packs are **digital virtual items** delivered in-game or through server permissions.
* Once the product is delivered, it is considered **successfully completed**.
* No physical goods are involved in any transaction.

### **2. No Refund Policy**

* **All purchases are final and non-refundable.**
* Refunds will **not** be processed under any circumstances including:
  * Server wipes
  * Player bans or timeouts
  * Rule violations
  * Personal dissatisfaction
  * Accidental purchases

### **3. Server Rules & Conduct**

* Premium users must still follow **all server rules**.
* Purchasing a Premium Pack **does not grant immunity** from punishments.
* Abuse of premium features may result in:
  * Temporary suspension of perks
  * Permanent removal of premium without refund
  * Server ban if rules are severely broken

### **4. Transfer & Sharing**

* Premium Packs are **non-transferable**.
* You **cannot sell, share, gift, or trade** your premium benefits to another player.
* If caught sharing or exploiting, your premium access will be removed permanently.

### **5. Feature Modifications**

* The server management reserves the right to:
  * Modify
  * Nerf
  * Buff
  * Replace
  * Remove any premium feature for balancing, roleplay quality, or technical reasons.
* No compensation or refunds will be provided for such changes.

### **6. Downtime & Technical Issues**

* We are **not responsible** for:
  * Server downtime
  * Script bugs
  * Performance issues
  * Hosting failures
* No refunds will be issued for temporary outages or maintenance.

### **7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes**

* Any **chargeback, payment dispute, or false claim** will result in:
  * Immediate permanent ban from the server
  * Blacklist from all future servers and services related to us
* Legal action may be taken if financial damage occurs.

### **8. Account Responsibility**

* You are fully responsible for:
  * Your FiveM account
  * Your Rockstar account
  * Your Discord account
* If your account is compromised, we will **not replace or refund** your premium pack.

### **9. Termination of Access**

* Server staff has the full right to:
  * Revoke premium access
  * Suspend premium privileges
  * Terminate access without refund if you are found violating any rules or exploiting features.

### **10. Agreement Confirmation**

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

* You are aware this is a **virtual digital product**
* You understand that **no refunds** will be issued
* You agree to follow **all server rules**
* You accept all the Terms & Services listed above
