# Age Requirement & Parental Consent

#### **Age Verification & Legal Payment Responsibility**

By completing any purchase on this website or through our services, you legally confirm that you are **16 years of age or older**. If you are **under 16 years of age**, you must have **verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian** prior to initiating any transaction. All payments made by minors without proper authorization shall be considered a **violation of these Terms**, and no refund, reversal, or compensation will be provided.

Certain Premium Packs, especially those **priced above ₹1500 (INR)**, may carry **additional age or consent restrictions at the sole discretion of server management**. The server administration reserves the full legal right to **deny, revoke, or restrict access** to such packages without refund if age eligibility or consent cannot be lawfully verified.
